1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order through this site you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. The terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and Vadim Romanov (the illustrator).

2. Services

I provide custom illustration services, including but not limited to character design, portraits, concept art and visual content for personal or commercial use. The final scope of work is agreed individually before payment.

3. Order Process

After you submit an order I will contact you via the contact method you provided to clarify requirements, timeline and price. Work begins only after the requirements are confirmed and the agreed prepayment is received.

4. Payment & Deadlines

Standard prepayment is 50% of the total price; the remaining amount is due upon delivery of the final files. Deadlines are agreed in advance. Force majeure (illness, infrastructure outages, etc.) may shift the deadline — in that case I notify you as early as possible.

5. Rights & Usage

You receive the right to use the delivered artwork for the purpose agreed in the brief. I retain authorship and the right to display the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. Resale, redistribution or generation of derivative works require a separate license.

6. Revisions & Cancellation

Each order includes the number of revision rounds agreed in advance. Additional revisions are billed separately. If you cancel the order after work has started, the prepayment is non-refundable; if I cancel for reasons on my side, you are fully refunded.
